About me

Lakeisha D. Gatling, PhD, LCSW. Lakeisha is passionate about promoting positive change in the lives of those who are ready to become their highest and best selves!


Lakeisha is the owner of a private psychotherapy practice in the Houston area and also the Owner and Founder of The Nourish Haven. She has been in the wellness field for over 10 years and has learned that the best way to create and sustain one’s well-being is through a holistic approach to mind, body, and spirit.


She fell in love with the practice of yoga after taking her first Bikram Yoga class in 2010. She continued her practice from there and has since become a 200 hr RYT in 2021 and is also trained in Yoga Nidra, Restorative Yoga, and Sound Healing Meditation. She enjoys providing opportunities for others to heal and find rest from the everyday cares of life, and gain a sense of inner peace and calm while learning practical skills to rest, replenish, and renew their mind, body, and spirit.
